3cx Inbound Calls - Show Queue/Group

    Just switched to 3CX from cloud hosted solutions so be gentle if this is something easy I'm missing...

    I would like to have caller ID show the Queue or Ring Group when calls come in to those areas, but calls that are direct to extensions, I would like to remove the Inbound Rule name.

    I found the option under Contacts - Options to disable all, but I still want to keep the Queue or Ring Group names if possible. Anyone?

    Not at this time... I would like the same.
    All you could do is remove the name from the DID.

    In fact that is the solution, just remove the name from the inbound rule
