3CX Installation DNS

    Hi,

    I have set up my new 64SC server. Config went through fine etc. When I try and get to the page I get "Resolving DNS names" then Server Error without any more info.

    "DNS_Names_Resolution"

    click Next

    "Server_Error"

    What am I doing wrong?

    hi Schrodz,

    Can you reach your management console though IP address? i.e http://192.xxx.xxx.xxx:5000
    Also, is a cloud installation or a local and from where you are trying to reach the management console of your 3CX Phone system?
