3CX integration into Openfire

    I have been struggling for days to get Openfire to work with 3CX.mapped users of the two systems but when I a make a call and the other user answers, there is no sound ...or rather users using spark client cannot hear the other? Any ideas of ports to open or configuration I need to change on either openfire or 3cx?

    So two separate networks in distinct locations?

    1 OpenFire

    No necessary, the two systems are on the same network but 3CX is on another PC and Openfire on another computer. One funny thing is that when I call from Spark Client and the other extension is using 3CX Soft Phone audio is available without any problem and the call goes on well.
