3CX integration with 3rd party software

    i would like to get 3CX to integrate with 3rd party software.
    e.g we also sell an CRM & ERP solution call HansaWorld

    this software comes with support for TAPI and Asterisk server

    but need to be able to talk to 3CX server rather than clients on every pc

    e.g need it to tell hansaworld software call coming in and display this inside hansaworld software on relevant user sessions
    and then if a user answers call pop up the customer card etc

    this all works in hansa if you install TAPI on a server and it talks to a phone system

    need some way to do same think with 3CX but tapi in 3CX only seems to talk via the Call assistant not server level

    we can make outgoing call ok to 3cx by using the api calls

    just incoming we can not do

    any ideas
    if we could solve this issue could see to several customers using HansaWorld
    and possibly other Business Partner selling HansaWorld would be interested
