3cx Interactive IVR

    Hi there,

    Is it possible to setup 3cx to have an "interactive" IVR - for example, setup IVR like

    "For sales enquiries, Press 1"
    (that redirects to a number - that's easy)

    "For technical support, Press 2"
    (customer presses 2)

    "Please enter your customer ID followed by #"
    (customer then enters ID, and somehow, that ID can be used in some API-like fashion to check an external system to see if the customer ID is valid. If it is valid, connect the call to an extension. If not valid, start again)

    Is this possible with 3cx?
