3CX intergration

    I have a question about 3cx and ways to intergrate this with our system.

    We have a VMS system (Video managment system) and we want to monitor 3CX on which calls are made and where.

    We want to use this integration to push certain camera's on a view when a call has been made from an intercom registered on 3CX.

    -Intercom x with extension number 800 makes a call to the reception.
    -3CX sends to us or we catch the information from 3CX whenever this call has been made
    -On their monitor with our VMS client the camera's get pushed in a view with the needed camera's

    Is there a way to listen to 3CX or let 3CX send something whenever an call has been made?
    I've found something about CDR and we can send message through TCP port to an application but this only goes when the call has been terminated. We want to recieve message whenever a call has been made, not terminated is this possible?

    Yes, you can monitor for all new calls using the 3CX Call Control API. You can then send an email, or SMS text to notify people. If the video software has a API, we might be able to automatically change the active camera too.
