3CX internal calls quieter than external calls

    Calls seem to be 30% quieter than external calls.

    I have set PBX delivers audio on all extensions, all extensions are set to PCMU as first priorty.

    We have a 200/200mb/s link with 2ms delay and all handsets are Yealink T48G

    Is there a way to increase volumn on internal or check why we are having this issue?

    Hello @rhys100,

    You can check in the phone's web interface if there is an option to increase the microphone volume.
