3CX iphone , bluetooth headset not working

Hi ,

I'm fearly new to this so thanks for your patience. i ve installed the 3cx for iphone however when i get a phone call bluetooth doesn't kick in. The bluetooths is working on the regular iphone but not with the 3CX app. If someone can help me that would be greatly appreciate, thank you in advance.

i m using the latest version of the 3CX iphone app 1.1.5

hello,
which BT device you use?
we only support std HS BT device.

BMW/Audio/MoschiMoschi devices register them sec as an different type of BT HS and we can not use them
