3cx issues with resolving fqdn

Hi everyone ,
We are struggling with randomly appearing warning "Registration at VOIP has failed. Destination (sip:[email protected]:5060) is not reachable, DNS error resolving FQDN, or service is not available. After that, trunk status is going down, so our phones arent working. DNS is working correctly, only switch reboot can help (rebooting 3cx service, and router don't help). All required ports are opened. Thanks for any answer.
 
Hello @michalpaprota

When the issue appears can you still call between extensions? Are the extensions still registered?
Have you replaced the switch to see if that resolves the issue?
 
As above, I would replace the switch to see if this helps as a reboot resolves the issue
