3CX IVR

    Hi,

    I am using a third party Voicemail utility with 3CX as it solves a line hangup issue I am having with a Linksys SPA-3102

    Anyway, I have disabled the 3cx service, but keep getting continuous logs informing me that 3CX cannot communicate with it's IVR

    Is there anyway of stopping this logging and/or is there a function to disable specific features of 3CX

    3CX server comprises of all the services and if now you are stopping any of one server manually then it will definately give an error on the log as one of the services of 3CX server is not working for the 3CX system. But if you have done it manually no need to worry about it.

    Please let us know why you feel like using another IVR or voice mail for your requirement if you have that on 3CX.
