Solved 3cx license issue

    I was evaluating 3cx pbx edition 15.5.5. I decided to upgrade to the 32 sim call standard edition.

    I purchased the license through a reseller and gave them my existing serial number.

    Under settings i can see that my license now says 32 sim calls.

    On the dashboard it still says 8 sim calls. Also it has not unlocked the standard features.

    Do i need to wait a little more or am i missing sonething that I havent done.

    Seems like your reseller sohuld have been able to help you with this question but I would just restart the services or the PBX itself

    This has been solved.

    I went into settings and then to licensing and clicked on edit. Then I clicked on Ok without changing anything and it updated the license.
