Hi fellow 3CX users. I'm not sure if this is the right place to post, if not please say so. The current 3CX Phone System do not provide API access to the call logs, which does limit the possibility to develop for instance a dashboard. Therefore I have developed a small Java application which runs on the 3CX Server, which logs all calls directly to a MySQL database, which enables me to use the call history for other things like a dashboard in my case. The log history combined with our CRM data makes it possible to calculate different KPIs like Revenue per call, and Revenue per call minute. If there is enough interested, I will continue to develop the Java application so that everyone can use it.
