3CX Log Viewer Install?

    According to the 3CX Log Viewer guide here:

    https://www.3cx.com/blog/docs/3cx-log-viewer/

    It states "The 3CX Log Viewer can be downloaded and installed directly from the 3CX Management Console."

    Maybe we're just overlooking something, but we can't find where exactly this is listed in the 3CX Management Console. Where exactly is this supposed to be found?

    Hello @JCarnes

    Please note that this guide is for previous versions of 3CX PBX. It does not apply for V15. In V14 you can download it from the support tab on the top right of the screen.

    Are there separate instructions for v15?

    No as the log viewer is not available from the V15 management console. The log viewer from V14 however can be used for v15 logs the same way.

    Thanks for the info. I downloaded the log viewer Zip file directly from the Guide and am now able to access the log files (had to figure out where the .blrec file was stored). I am now able to use the log viewer, and it is very helpful. I would recommend updating guide for v15 users if at all possible.
