    The 3CX Management Console should allow more granular delegation rights to avoid to give "General System Administration" rights to manage for example Digital Receptionist, Ring Groups and Call Queues by a first level support team, like a Service Desk.

    +1, would also like to see read only rights, so we can allow clients to review extensions, etc.

    Great input. 3CX is a wonderful PBX also for bigger telefony-environments. And it will be even more wonderful, with functions like this.

    I think this would resolve the underlying issue for a number of other ideas suggested about security.

    Fully agree ! And having the opportunity to delegate the management of a group of extensions without possibility to add new users/extensions is for me also something to consider.

    Agree, granular permissions delegated to users/groups allows for more customization; enabling functionality while maintaining the integrity of the system and keeping network secure.

    I agree as well. We have customers asking for access to the web interface but we dont want them to be able to change settings.

    As robust as 3CX is, it falls short where admin rights are concerned. We should be able to limit/grant access where deemed appropriate. This should be a priority.

    Also need this. Surprised that I can't give a manager access to add/remove users from a Call Group without giving them access to the Network Settings of the entire 3CX system.
