Solved 3cx Management Console stuck in loop

    on windows 2012 r2 after update to 15.5 the management console is stuck in an infinite loop, as in - restarting over and over at the login screen.

    Any ideas?

    Acts like a memory leak in task manager

    Hi @Wandering ,
    • Could you please describe the exact behavior of the "loop"? Is the page refreshing and won't let you use your credentials? Is it showing only the loading bar?
    • Can you confirm that all the services are running?
    • Can you confirm that you've tried to login after the update has completed?
    • Have you tried clearing the cache and restarting the browser?
    Extra:
    • Other than the Management Console, is the rest of the PBX functionality OK?
    • Is the computer up to date in regards to Windows Updates?
    • Have you tried rebooting or taken any actions to identify/fix the problem? If yes, please specify.

    Could show it to you but would have to post the link to our admin but to best describe the behavior go to a 3cx login screen and keep clicking refresh forever and ever
    - we do receive calls out going not working
    - computer is up to date
    - rebooted about 10 times

    note: is running on a 2012 machine by itself 3cx pro edition

    Oh and cleared the cache, temp files etc - also tried it from other machines and result was the same

    I apologise for not updating the topic. Wanderings issues was that the update of the PBX did not finish correctly. Once the update was correctly applied the issue was resolved.
    Are you experiencing the issue after an update? Have you tried restarting services and clearing the browsers cache?

    Sorted now, manages to apply latest update all working.
