3CX mobile app cannot use "voice" commands on smart phones to dial contacts?? The whole idea of a mobile app is to be mobile. If the mobile workforce is driving, a hands-free capability is a mandatory requirement for legal, insurance and obliviously safety reasons. So, far we can get a smartphone to open the 3CX mobile app by saying "Open CX". If you try to say "3CX" as part of the app name, it is translated literally as "Three C X" which finds no apps by that name. Voice commands would make this mobile app much more functional and safer for the user!
