3CX Ms Dynamics - Call from Dynamics accessed Denied

    I previously had the Microsoft Dynamics CRm integration correctly configured and was use Dynamics 3CX "Call Business Phone" working. I am not sure what has chnaged but I am now getting "Outbound call could not be processed: Access is denied". What could be the reaon for this?

    Hello @Richard Swainston,

    Please try doing the following:
    1) Close 3CXPhone
    2) Delete the file "%UserProfile%\LiveDeviceID\LiveDeviceID.xml"
    3) Start 3CXPhone again
