3CX Multi tenant registration drops

    Hi everyone,

    I have a new client with a problem that is driving me absolutely insane!.

    This is my third client on a Multi-Tenant installation. Basically, I have 4 Yealink phones, updated with the latest firmware, and every 2 hours - 1day, the registration just drops. The ONLY way to get them to register back up is to do a factory reset on the phone, and re-provision them.

    I am using STUN mode not SIP Proxy manager

    Its a very basic setup that is driving me insane, the event log in 3cx is suggesting nothing. When it does work, it works fine.

    You will probably have to use the process of elimination ...unless someone else has come across the same issue and knows exactly what it is.

    It could be one of three things.

    The network at that location.
    Something in the configuration file.
    A firmware/corruption problem with the sets.

    You could move on of the sets to a different location and see if the issue continues (and/or bring in a new set). You could try a different, or manual configuration file (something simple), on one of the sets.
    If this has no effect, then it maybe something in the network, at that location.

    We have 4 multitenant servers all deployed using an SBC.

    Never ran into anything like this.
