3cx myphone log

    in server event log, I keep getting could not get access to 3cx myphone log file log file. rename the file and try again
    where is this file and what is its name

    I think this is from MyPhone clients left open and coincides with when the 3cx server services restart.
    Ask your users to terminate MyPhone at night (logoff the workstation is best bet).
