3cx MyPhone loggin

    Hello,

    Have problems logging into myphone.
    get the message Can not connect to server.
    what should I do.
    it works on the machine running 3CX on.
    a PC on the same network gives this message.

    sounds like a firewall issue, can you disable the firewall on the 3CX Box and test again and confirm?

    Hello David,

    192.168.0.9:5000 / 3cx interface works.
    192.168.0.9:5000 / myphone wont work.
    the problem is not the firewall otherwise the web interface wont work.
    have the firewall disabled.
    what can it be.

    Did you have this problem before or after you reinstalled the 3CX Phone System?

    Things to try on a PC on the same network

    * Uninstall Silver Light

    visit the URL of MyPhone and see if you are now able to connect

    if prompted install silver light and see if you are then able to connect.

    have the problem before and after reinstalling the 3cx system.

    Have you tried uninstalling Silver Light and reinstalling? or at least clear the Application Storage info within Silver light?

    Hello 3cx friends,

    SilverLight reinstall no change.
    The strange thing is I do get the login screen.
    no phone number I can login.
    Password okay gecheckd one hundred times.

    I dont understand your last post reboot make anything out.

    Restart the webserver.
    clear the cache of silverlight (right click silverlight, application storage, delete all, make sure application storage is checked) and try again.

    If it does not work let me know and send me the myphone log located in my documents.

    Does it work on other machines?

    Alternatively you might have a corrupt silverlight installation - Remove silverlight (right click and remove) and install again

    only on the 3cx machine

    Make a wireshark capture - Can you see whether data is coming to the machine from port 5000?

    Can you delete browser cache too. I think that the login screen is an old cached login page.

    I had the same problem.
    Because of the automatic backup the disk was full.
    after i cleaned the disk everything was working.
