    Hi Guys

    We have a client that needs to manage logging in and out of queues. We have installed the Windows Client but cannot provision it?

    Any tips on how we can proceed?

    Does he need to actually "manage" queues as you have indicated or simply be a part of one and be able to log in and out of a queue?

    As far as provisioning go, did you enable his extension for remote capability. You really do not give us much to work with.

    Are you running a paid version of V12 and is it one with call center features or PRO?
