Howdy! On one of our systems this morning, the 3CX MyPhone application stopped connecting. It says "cannot connect to server. please check you connection and contact the administrator." The 3CX server has been rebooted as well as the services restarted. Trying to pull up http://localhost:5000/MyPhone/ does not load anything (even locally on the server). The Windows Firewall is still off on the server. We are running v11 SP4. In the Server Event Logs I do see some entries for "3cx myphone log could not be created", "The 3cx myphone log file could not be accessed. Retry again", etc. We have plenty of disk space. Any ideas?
