Just wondering if I am doing somehting wrong but it would appear the only way to add or edit the company phone book is by the 3cx server. My receptionist would really like to be able to add entries to the company phone book not just the personal one so everyone can see it. However when making the entry and selecting company checkbox it adds to the personal address book. IS this a known issue or somehting I am doing wrong?
