    Hello,

We have a customer with 3CX Myphone version 10.0.22686.2297.
When the missed a call we can't see this call in 3CX Myphone Call History.

When i looked on my own 3CX Myphone i saw we have the same problem. (Also version 10.0.22686.2297)

Someone else had this problem to?
And is there a solution for it?

I hope there is a good solution for it.

    Kind Regards,

    Stef Hoogervorst

    The Call history doesn't auto-update.
Change to another tab and back, then it should be updated.

I tried but that is not the problem.
    Still don't see missed calls.
    It's complete empty.

Its strange because the Cisco SPA504G shows missed calls.

Are you both using the same phones?

Is this a call directly to the extension , or a call to a ring group, that this extension is a part of?

    It's not a ringgroup.
    It's a call queue 801.
We have a ringgroup but don't use it because we use a queue.

I'm not certain, but I'm wondering if that behaviour is intentional. Generally, with a queue, if the person is at the desk, available to take calls, they are logged in as an agent, not physically away from the desk. If they do walk away, they should be logging out/not available to allow the caller to go to another member of the queue, or continue to wait on hold until an agent is available.

If the extension is called directly, does it show a missed call?

    I tested Internal calls.
They are showed in 3CX Myphone.

Also external calls that i picked up are in 3CX Myphone.

We never use out of office or away.
    Don't have office hours.

The call qeue transfers the call to mobile phones after 15 sec.

    Maby that is the problem.

I suspect that you are using the queue, in a manner, that was not envisioned.

You may want to see if a ring-group, will work for you, instead, although, I'm not certain it will show missed calls either.
