    Hi,
    We're just upgraded to v10 and this came with a new client used on the workstations. The look and feel are different, nice, but that's not the problem. The last client, when started, had all the groups folded open so you could see all extensions at once. If you start the new client you only see the groups and no extensions. You have open all groups seperatly to see the extensions. Is there a way to change the client or edit a registry key so when starting the client all groups are opened?

    It shows you by default only the groups and queues on which that extension is bound in order for being easy to identify them. If you want to see all groups and queues you will have to expand them manually.
