    Regarding your new trouble ticket portal that appeared Jan 17 this year - here's a suggestion(s) to make it a little more useful/useable to your partners

    1. In the ticket creation page give a dropdown for us to select the KEY number and also display the Customer Name in the same dropdown - what you might call a "lookup"

    2. In the list of current tickets display a column with the customer name
