Hello, good day, I am new to this forum and new to the 3CX technical world, so I hope you'd all be patient with me. One of our remote 3CX extensions is stuck in a call -- from 3CX MyPhone that extension shows to be in a call with itself, and on the 3CX system it shows that the extension is on a call with cm_barge_in. Tried to Google "cm_barge_in" and it provided a link for a website called "system-tray-cleaner" that looked very doubtful to follow. I have searched the forums here but most that I found has issues like this with an actual handset. We use Hamachi to connect to the network. I work remotely too, and our main office is in Dallas and I'm in Asia. Please advise on what steps I will need to take to resolve this. Thank you very much.
