3CX not updating

    Hi team,

    I'm helping a colleague set up a 3CX box but it doesn't appear to be updating. What ports do I need to open on the firewall? the standard ftp ports??

    Please let me know.

    I would consider the following:

    Is your browser using any kind of proxy?
    If so, it might be worth trying to disable it, as your proxy might be filtering access to the web

    Ensure that you are using a fully supported browser like Firefox or Chrome

    In order to update the software, you only need to be concerned with 'outbound' ports
