Wondering if anyone can help shed some light on my issues,

Running the latest version of 3CX with a new router (ports forwarded, and firewall checker passed)

Basically, after rebooting the services, all calls are fine, but after 10 minutes, outgoing calls are silent (but the receiver of the call can hear me) this stays like this until an incoming call comes in and then it fixes the audio for what seems like another ten minutes until the issue kicks in again.

I can provide server logs etc (or any other info) if needed, but i honestly don't know where to start to looking to fix this.

Wow, you do have an unusual issue.

What is the make/model of the router?

Is the windows firewall turned off?

Is the SIP ALG in the router off? This would normally affect the call from the beginning to the end and not somewhere in-between.

Do you have enough bandwidth both internally and externally to support your needs?

Are there any other devices in the network that could possibly impact you - another router, dual nic cards?

Do you have form of QoS running?
