3CX offline backup question

    Is there a way of doing an offline 3cx backup as I cannot get into the Management Console? The system is running but I have no access as it gives an error.

    I cannot access the console due to SSL Certificate error and need to uninstall and reinstall to sort this out.

    I'm running V15.5 but not the SP1 which I see now has this facility.

    Are scheduled backups configured and running ?

    Ver 15.5 does not have a command line backup.

    Have tried http instead of https, IP address of server not sure if this works but worth a try

    No that won't work as Nginx service won't start due to the SSL Certificate.

    Not sure where the config is stored, probably Nginx so if this is not working then you will have issue doing a manual backup if this was possible

    Maybe worth a call to 3cx if you have support

    Edit the nginx configuration and comment out the SSL lines. Save and restart nginx.
