3CX On Call Manager by VoIPTools is broken after this months update. Not really sure what happened but now our tech support guys cannot get sms and alerts that an emergency message has been left. They work on a system of Primary and Secondary on call team members and when a customer leaves an emergency voicemail it is sent to there mobile phone as an sms alert and a prerecorded message telling them an emergency voicemail is waiting to be heard. If the primary does not listen to it, it then rolls over to the secondary and then back and forth until it is listened to. Why this system as it allows them time to listen to the problem details and call the customer back as they are been woken from sleep. Before shoretel had this kind of feature built in. is there any way 3cx can have an in house version of this system? Any ideas on what would have caused it to break the plugin?
