3cx on CLoud - log only with 'unanswered call'

    Hi,

    we used 3CX since 2010 on Windows system for an old customer, right now we are using on cloud to our company but the logs itself is so limited.

    We are trying to dial and the log menu at web console just show as 'unanswered call'. We have an outbound rule forwarding to 'generic sip trunk' which show as connected.

    >>> There is another path on that Debian Linux to get more detailed log information about what is happening?

    Hello @ANJOTI

    Are you referring to the Call Log on the Management Console?
    Try setting the PBX to Verbose mode and check the Activity Log instead

    after that advice, we found were to reach more info on debug some issues. Tks a lot.
