3CX or Yealink phones auto restart?

    So every day the Yealink T-32G phones restart. I am not sure what time they restart it. I know its passed 2 am when this happens but the system does not work until 7am exactly. The Yealink T-32G phones enter a continuous provisioning screen until 7am once past that they work fine the whole day. Anyone else have or had this problem?

    Check the settings if you log onto the web interface on the Phone itself (yealink interface) and go to the settings tab>auto provision and see if they are scheduled for a reboot.

    I checked that page and disabled the check new config and unchecked Sunday - Saturday. It seemed to work for a few days now its back.

    Check your actual provision files, they might need to be changed. I have mine provision every night so they get the updated address book.

    \Templates\phones\yealinkT3x.ph.xml

    If you want to update date all your phones to use the new updated provision file, go and change the Daylight savings on the admin panel and it will use the new template to update all the phones.
