    Are there are any plan to include OTRS integration with 3CX?.

    OTRS is a Helpdesk solution very extended with more that 150k costumers (and some of them big companies), and more well know than Zendesk or Freshdesk, I think.

    We have some costumers asking for that.
    And yes, we know API is available, but this requiere have a Develoment Team...

    Could be interesting for 3CX?

    Hi, and thank you for your reply.

    But I don´t work for OTRS, and don´t have relationship with them… so I don´t have info to fill the form.
    The suggested Idea was only in the way to improve 3CX… just that…
