3cx outgoing call issues - Provider Nextvia

    I am getting outgoing calls issue all of suddenly.
    3CX Version: 10
    VOIP Provider: Nextvia
    SIP Port : 5061

    Please help.

    have you restarted services?
    have you looked in the log files?

    have you tried to register with Nextvia with a softphone directly - pulling 3cx out of the equation?

    Crazy questiion, but what exactly is the problem? you may want to post server activity logs as that may help
