Hi Guys, Just a quick one, we have recently had a 3cx system installed with the 3cx softphone on each machine, calling from MS Outlook is a real handy feature for us guys here but for some reason 9/10 installations of the 3cx phone does not install the outlook add-in properly, I spent nearly an hour yesterday on one machine, installing removeing etc before I got it to work. The error comes up saying that the " Configuration for the telephony service is damaged, check the configuration of the telephone devices in windows control panel" any ideas why this is happening on each instalation and what can be done to resolve ??? is there a manual way to register the add-in or ??
