3CX Phone App does not Dial Desk Phone (CTI) since Update

    Yesterday, I updated to 15.5 SP1
    For SNOM D345 there was a firmware-update needed.
    Now, 3CXPhone cannot dial via CTI any more.
    Any suggestions?

    Hello,

    Can you also update the templates?

    1. Go to Dashboard > Updates and perform updates.
    2. You will see Phone Templates update for Snom (Look screenshot)
    3. Select and download
    4. Then go to Settings > Templates and from the drop down list select Snom template.
    5. On the top of the XML template make sure that the Version is 68850:
    <type>phone-template</type>
    <version>68850</version>

    6. Perform Re-provision and CTI will work

    thanks for the feedback.
    Unfortunately, there's no update for the templates available..it does not show up.

    The version in the xml is 68849 now...

    Hello,

    Do you have a Snom phone already configured on the PBX? If no then the updates will not appear on your system.

    Currently, there are around 250 snom phones configured ;-)

    Hi,

    basically same Problem here - Updated Snom D375 to current firmware und 3CX Clients to 15.5 SP1 (At the same time...), and CTI stopped working. (We are using customized templates.)

    Can you please provide the solution here instead of PM? Thank you.
