3CX Phone can make calls but not recieve

    Hi

    Since I upgraded to SP2, all 3CX Phone users can still make calls, but they can't receive.

    Nothing else has changed here and I just can't understand why it isn't working any more - all standard regular phones work from the same office/network.

    It used to ring on both physical and soft phones, but now only physical.

    I am at a loss as to why!

    Has anyone seen this before? I am going to try to update to SP3 ASAP, but, it is hard to schedule down time for this user at the moment.

    Are the 3CX phones on the same LAN?
    What does the 3CX log look like when they register, anything look out of place? (IP and port look correct?)
    What does the 3CX log show when a call is attempted to one of these extensions? What is the failure?
