Hi there!
I just installed 3CX 12.5 phone system. I have 4 extensions:
100 – Operator registered in a new Yealink SIP-T21P. Firmware on latest version 34.72.0.75.
Codec priority: PCMU | PCMA | G722 | G729.
301 – Jimmy registered in 3CX Phone Windows 8.1, also in 3CX iPhone version.
302 – Yorch registered in 3CX Phone Windows 8.1, also in 3CX iPhone version.
Codec priority: PCMU | PCMA | G722 (there's no G729 option).
303 – Isabel registered in 3CX Phone Windows 7.
Calls between iPhone | Windows work just perfect (any initiator).
Calls initiated from iPhone to Yealink also work fine.
Calls initiated from Yealink to Windows or iPhone work fine.
The only issue is when I try to call from Windows clients (any of 3) to Yealink phone. The phone never rings and call is directed to voicemail after a while.
3CX Service Packs/Updates says: up to date (in green, SP1 & 2). Checkboxes are disabled. License is free version (evaluating to buy commercial version).
Windows clients were provisioned automatically using the email configuration file.
Yealink phone was provisioned automatically using the 66 option in DHCP (plug-and-play option didn't work out-of-the-box).
Logs at Yealink phone just don't register the incoming call.

I've seen the same error different times at this support forum. I've checked the provided solutions but no one has worked for me.
