3cx phone CTI keeps disconnecting

    Hello to all,

    I'm currently having trouble with the 3cx phone for windows.
    while in cti mode the 3cxphone keeps disconnecting every minute.
    I have disabled the firewall and disabled the AV, when i ping the server i get a continuous ping so I'm sure it's not a network problem.
    I'm using SP4 and 3CX supported phones - yealink T20p.
    I have tried installing it on several OS with different service packs - win7 and win8, and independent of the configuration, the cti keeps connecting and disconnecting. 3CX system log shows nothing unusual, wireshark shows nothing out of the ordinary.
    any help and guidance would be appreciated.
