3CX Phone CTI Mode

    Good day!

    I have two phones: Yealink T26 and Grandstream GXP2100, I'm testing CTI on both phones. In CTI mod i see incoming call, history and phonebook, but here is issue I can't make call from 3CXPhone. if I understood correctly: if I make call from 3CXPhone, hardware phone must make call to calling number whose i try call from 3CX Phone, but call not happening. Where may be a problem?

    Not sure on the Grandstream, but on the Yealink it must have the correct Firmware, and you must confirm (on the Yealink phone) as a once off that you allow the call control (a message on the phone's display will ask you to confirm or deny). The firmware updates are best done via the Phone's list within the 3CX management console, select the phone you want to upgrade, then top right corner from the drop down menu select Upgrade Firmware. Afterwards the CTI should work.

    The correct firmware for a T26P would be 6.70.0.168
