3CX Phone - Doesn't hang up a call

    Hi

    A couple of users are reporting that their 3CX Phone software continues to say they are on the phone, even though the call has hung up.

    This also happens if they transfer a call.

    Is anyone aware of this? We use a terminal services environment. Their phones are Yealink T46G.

    Hi Adam,

    How did you provision the 3CX Clients ? Furthermore are you getting any error messages when you are trying to end the call ?

    I used the welcome email method (not aware of another way?)
