Attempting to register 3CX through CallCentric.com as service. Working also with their technical support which insists they need router information. Isn't router moot when accessing via 3G/wi-fi? Have followed instructions as per:
http://www.3cx.com/blog/3cxphone/iphone/configuring/ - no service. Any experience with this provider?

Re: 3CX phone for iPhone 3G-incomplete registration CallCent

CallCentric is a supported provider by 3CX, however supported to work with our PBX Solution and we test our application to work with the 3CX Phone System. This should be the way to go if you can. I have given it a shot on my phone and see as well it stays in "Not Registerd". Let me have a check on this one

Use external server ON
external server: callcentric.com

local sip port: 5060 (here was my issue, i have another sip client running in multitask mode, may change this one to 5062)

Re: 3CX phone for iPhone 3G-incomplete registration CallCent

OK- Was able to get it to register. Now cannot complete test calls (Rings busy both outgoing and incoming). They suggest turning off MULTITASK and NAT; leaving STUN server blank; inserting callcentric.com as Proxy; I also tried substituting 5062 for local SIP port; they also suggest trying other apps another softphone provider. I also tried uninstall/reinstall of app.
Here's an excerpt from recent support ticket:

Your softphone is still sending the "loose routing" option. At this time, we suggest you contact 3CX for more information on how to disable loose routing.

As an alternative to the 3CX softphone, we recommend using either the iSip app (http://www.vnet-corp.com/iphone.htm) or Acrobits Softphone (http://www.acrobits.cz/products/acrobits-softphone/).

Re: 3CX phone for iPhone 3G-incomplete registration CallCent

with the setup been send to you i can make call and reach the operator of CC.
To remove the "Route header" simply dont set the "proxy" as advised. It is not needed.

But i guess you have not placed callcentric.com as "external" server.
You have set it as internal server. The Contact IPs you send are all local IPs (192.168.1.100) and not ur Public one which is needed... Thats the issue here. If you have set it as in my screener, then the issue is most likely the router... Cisco?
