3CX Phone for windows cal disconnected on transfer

    we have a 3CX Phone for windows connected through a 3CX tunnel to our 3CX V10 server.
    when that specific extension tries to transfer a call the call is disconnected. how can this de debugged for the reason?

    The 3CX log might be a good place to start.

    It might also be a firewall problem so it would be worth checking the firewall logs at the 3CX installation.

    Also what is 3CX Phone installed on, is it mobile. If so you could also try connecting from a different location to rule out any network problems at the remote location.

    There is also a debug window available in the options section of 3CX phone that might help.
