3cx Phone for windows not making calls / not receiving incoming outside calls only intercom

    I am sorry if there is another topic but i could not find it.

    I have configured my 3cx Phone system and one of my remote extensions is unable to receive outside incoming calls and to dial to any number / extension.

    I have run the friewall checked and it passed all tests as attached.


    It can receive itercom calls and listen and speak properly.

    I have other 2 remote extensions configured the same way and working fine.

    I would be very thankful if you could help me with this issue.

    How do you have outside calls routed to the extension? Is it part of a ring group, DID, queue?

    The 3CX server log should show what is happening when attempting calls. It may be an option, in the extension setting (in the PBX) that is preventing that outside call going through. There is a security option to block outside calls.

    Given that you can call to, and receive calls from other extensions, I have to assume that the optioning in the 3CX phone end are correct.

    Thanks for your help, I have realized that it seems a problem of the computer, I have made some tests.

    From this computer, the server don´t even receive the call resquest, I have made some tests from my cell phone and from the computer over the same network and with the same extension.

    When tried from computer, unable to call, from mobile, call ok.

    I have even tried to disable windows firewall i still cannot place the call.

    Web API server is unreachable but as i see it only matter on the presence subject.

    Now the extension can call but even being in a Ring list set to ring all extensions at once it simply does no ring, i will open a new topic.
