3CX Phone for Windows not showing all extensions.

    Hi there,

    When one of my clients goes into "presence information" the list of extensions he is only seeing 8 of his colleagues extensions when there are over 20 in the same office.

    Has anyone else seen this issue before?

    Have you by any chance in the Management Console split the extensions into Extension Groups?

    This would explain this, but if this is the case you can go to the Extension Group settings by clicking on them and check the option "Publish group presence information to all company users".

    Thanks very much, you were right. He was in the default group so could only see those members.
