A few users randomly have 3CX client for windows in CTI mode showing they are on a call and stuck there. Have to exit 3CX client completely and restart. We have just ignored and dealt with it for a long time but itappears to be an effect from also having configured 3CX client on android for the same extension. A user has not had this issue for a year or more. After adding android client to the user extension, now user getting stuck calls in the windows client. Doesn't seem to matter if the android client is open, or exit ignore push. Still gets stuck calls in windows client.
