3CX Phone for Windows

    I have two Windows 8 machines with the new Version 12 3CXPhone for Windows both work perfectly for incoming and outgoing calls and use the same config file to set them up. However one intermittently drops the presence information for a minute maybe then comes back and randomly goes off again the other it stays solid all day without any issues at all the configs look identical looked through them with a fine tooth comb?.

    Anyone got any ideas been ringing support all night but goes to VM after 30 minutes of waiting each time

    Are they the same brand/model PC? Some makers include their own programmes, one of which could be making a difference.
    Are you running both machines in the local network, or remote?
    I'm assuming that Windows updates are at the same "level" in both machines and that you've tried disabling any firewall programmes in the machine that is having the issue.
    Is there any other network programme running in the background, check over the Task manager, and run msconfig and compare what is running/starting on both machines
