3CX Phone Not Connecting

    Anyone else trying this out yet? I can't get the new 3CX Phone to connect using the configuration file.

    On windows 8 - my config files were empty for some reason when I saved them. It was strange... when I saved ona win7 machine then opened from the win8 machine the config file had info...
    When I manually added an account on the soft phone it worked.
    But CTI mode was not working.

    inbuilt phone doesnt work for us either you seem to have to use CTI mode IP handsets, in addition you will have to use an older version of 3cx softphone with the new 3cxphone/myphone app.

    Hi,

    At the current stage to use 3CXPhone in CTI mode you need to have 3CXPhone AND a hard-phone configured at the same extension. please let me know if you have any more questions.
