3CX Phone Not initiating Dailing

    Hi Guys

    I'am running into this issue on several of our 3CX machines mostly running on SP5 .......

    Soft phone shows registered so all seems good but when i dial the number and after hitting the call button nothing happens it goes back to the default soft phone screen...... even trying *777 it goes back to the default screen, I will then need to close the app and re-launch it again, i can dial out again a few times but then it does the same thing and i need to re-launch the app!

    Any Ideas :?:

    Hi Juanv,
    What OS are you running ?
    Are you 100% up to date on your windows updates ?
    Have you got an audio card on this machine ?
